Policies
Minimum Stay:
(#6 and #7) are two night minimums now and other rooms don’t have a minimum
Deposits/Payments:
A credit card deposit of ½ of the total charge is needed to secure the reservation when booking
Refunds Summary:
The deposit will be returned for reservations cancelled three or more weeks before arrival. Reservations cancelled within three weeks of arrival will not receive a refund of the deposit. Reservations cancelled less than 48 hours from check in are charged the full rental amount for entire booked stay. No refunds will be issued for late arrival, early departure or acts of nature.
Pets:
Pets are welcome at The Dune Climb Inn for a$40 per day fee. Pets cannot be left alone in the rooms, tied to the buildings and must be always on leash. Please clean up after your pet to avoid paying a clean-up fee. There is a $250 fee if your pet damages the room.
Extra beds/cots:
Green Policy:
We are proud to be a TripAdvisor Silver Level Green Award recipient. We work to protect our environment and conserve where possible. We ask you to turn off your lights, TV, and A/C when you leave for the day. If you would like new towels, ask anytime. All rooms have recycle bins in them
Other:
A $250 cleaning fee will be charged if smoking is detected in the room and a $100 cleaning fee will be charged for
rooms left in an unreasonable condition.
